Four premiership clubs charged for misconduct

Disciplinary proceedings has been opened against four Premier League Clubs for misconduct during league games.

The Disciplinary Committee will commence proceedings against Berekum Arsenal, Aduana Stars, Asante Kotoko and Medeama on Tuesday May 28, 2013 at 3.00 pm.

Team charged: Aduana Stars
Case: Aduana Stars vrs Liberty Professionals

Count One: Misconduct (Threat to harm)
Misconduct of supporters contrary to Articles 35(4) 35(9) & 39(7)(a) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Count Two: Misconduct (Assault)
Misconduct of supporters contrary to Articles 35(4) 35(9) & 39(7)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Team charged: Berekum Arsenal
Case: Berekum Arsenal vrs Asante Kotoko
Count One: Misconduct (Threat to death)
Misconduct of supporters contrary to Articles 35(4) 35(9) & 39(7)(a) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Count Two: Misconduct (Assault)
Misconduct of supporters contrary to Articles 35(4) 35(9) & 39(7)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Count Three: Misconduct (Throwing of sachet water and stones)

Misconduct of supporters contrary to Articles 35(4) 35(9) & 39(7)(a) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Count Four: Misconduct (Causing damage)
Misconduct of supporters contrary to Articles 35(4) 35(9) & 39(7)(a) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Count Five: Misconduct (Causing harm)
Misconduct of supporters contrary to Articles 35(4) 35(9) & 39(7)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.
