South Africa : Carl Pistorius acquitted!

Good news for the Pistorius No more competition for Pistorius this year! family.

Carl,the brother of the Paralympics' athlete his trial approaches, his returning to the competition rolls away! accused of murdering his girlfriend, is a free man. He was acquitted on Tuesday of the charge of culpable homicide by the judge of the Court of Vanderbijlpark. The Attorney Medupe Simasiku said the court was unable to gather all the necessary evidence for the indictment of Carl Pistorius.

“ We accept the decision of the court and we will not take further action in this matter,” said Simasiku shortly after the judgment. In 2008, Carl Pistorius knocked over and killed a 36 year old biker.

This news comes two weeks (June 4) from the beginning of the trial for premeditated murder of Oscar Pistorius on Reeva Steekamp.

The South African athlete has announced via his agent Monday not to participate in any competition this year.
