Former Celebrity Golf Club captain, Joe Ohemeng, advanced to the next stage of the MTN Spoons competition on Saturday with 12 other key performers including MTN boss Mike Ikpoki and former CHRAJ chief Emile Short.
Ohemeng, after the feat, now crosses swords with G. Avornyotse in an expected crunchy encounter at the same venue in the coming days.
Kojo Choi, Ekow Nyarko, Isaac Awuni, Rob Killick, Nahesh Shetty, Pamela Yeboa and Ayoub Ghandour recorded impressive scores to pick their Spoons.
Last year's competition winners Martin Osei and Hebin Yang received their prizes for the first and second runners up respectively.
The 18-hole golf fiesta was specially designed to reach MTN's key VIP's with handicaps ranging from 18 and 24 respectively.
The Spoons tourney played in a point accumulation format was also to ensure regular interactions between MTN and its highly valued subscribers.
Ikpoki commended the participants for honouring the invitation.
