Prince Boateng's brace against Sekondi Hasaacas in their Zone II Middle League play-off at the Tema Park yesterday powered King Faisal to a quick return to the elite league.

They rejoined the premier league after just a season in the lower league, like RTU, who qualified at the expense of Unity FC.

Last Wednesday, the two clashed at the same venue for the decider, but the game ended in a deadlock, and going by Congress' replay decision, the score line set another date for the decider.

Amazingly, the two-goal hero watched the game from the bench the last time they met, suggesting he might have studied Hasaacas' rear from a distance.

Faisal were in charge from start to finish, in a game that generated intense arguments among the sporting populace as a result of their first meet score line.

The only time Hasaacas came close to scoring was in the latter part of the game, but goalkeeper Benjamin Mensah, in post for King Faisal, denied the giants from the West a consolation.

The third club beside RTU and Faisal that have gained promotion is Amidaus Professionals.
