Ghana league champions Asante Kotoko have confirmed the signing of strikers Eric Bekoe and Ransford Osei.
Osei and Bekoe who plied their trades in South Africa and Egypt respectively have completed personal terms with Ghana's representative in next year's Caf Champions League.
The forwards have passed their medicals, according to the spokesperson of the Porcupine Warriors, Listowell Yesu Bukarson.
“We have agreed with the players in many ways in principle and we are looking forward to concluding everything with them by the weekend,” he told the club's official mouthpiece the Kotoko Express.
Osei's club career has taken a nose dive since he emerged the top scorer during the African Under-20 Championships in Rwanda in 2009.
The 21-year-old could not hide his excitement after agreeing to join the Porcupine Warriors.
He said: “My reason for coming back to Ghana is to re-launch my career as a result of my inability of getting more playing time in South Africa. I have been offered this huge platform by Kotoko and I'm glad that after everything I have been through I hope to give off my best to this great club.”
