Accra, Sept. 15, GNA - The Kinapharma Premier league hots up especially at the top and it could even be more thrilling as 14 of the 16 clubs gear up for yet another uncompromising encounters this Sunday.

League leaders Asante kotoko who are billed to play host to Kpando Hearts of Lions will be missing out in the premiership action as the team treks to Rwanda to engage APR F/C of Rwanda in the quarterfinals second leg match of the CAF Cup Winners' Cup in Kigali on Sunday. Kotoko won the first leg 2-1 in Kumasi.

But in their absence, the encounter between third placed team, King Faisal and Obuasi Goldfields at the Len Clay Sports Stadium, promise to be a sellout. Six points separates the two and the Miners may try to improve on their 32 points build-up by beating the "Nokia boys", which will be an uphill task.

Equally dicey is the Hearts-Okwawu United match at the Accra Sports Stadium. Okwawu seem to be playing some good football but will have to translate their beautiful game into goals scoring to improve on their current 10th position on the standings. Hearts on the order hand have had some checkered league performance this season with some unpredictable results and if they are unable to get over last weekend's surprised 1-1 drawn game in Prestea, it could affect their output on Sunday.

Power F/C welcome improved Berekum Arsenals at the Koforidua Park in a game of equals, Hasaacas will have an opportunity to annex the three maximum points from Stay Cool at the Gyandu Park while Brong Ahafo United await to be baptized at the Bolga Park in their match against Real Tamale United.

At the Sunyani Coronation Park, Bofoakwa lock horns with Mine Stars and on Saturday at the Accra Sports Stadium, Liberty and Olympics will herald the 22nd-week matches.
