The Black Stars will play local side State Envoys in a friendly in Kumasi on Tuesday.
The squad is preparing for Friday's 2014 World Cup qualifier against Lesotho at the Baba Yara Stadium.
The match will start at 15:30 GMT.
The Black Stars arrived in Kumasi on Sunday and trained twice at the Baba Yara Stadium.
The friendly match is expected to give coach Kwesi Appiah the chance to access his players for various positions.
All the players are in camp expect Tunisia-based Harrison Afful who is expected to join the squad on Tuesday.
