Second Division Football League competition matches

Sunyani (B/A) Feb. 02, GNA – Nsoatreman F/C of Nsoatre thrashed visiting Sunyani Kumapem Stars 3-1 in their third-week match of the “Zone 1A” Brong-Ahafo Region Second Division Football League competition at Sunyani.

Atuahene F/C remained at Atuahenekrom base to beat Fiapre Union Rovers 1-0, while Sunyani Action United bowed 2-3 to Abesim Stars in an away encounter.

Results of other League matches from the rest of the zonal centres released by the Regional Secretariat of Football Association to GNA Sports in Sunyani are: In “zone 1B” Sunyani Soccer Stars whipped Chiraa Gyako 4-1, while Sunyani Liberty Youth also won 2-0 over Tanoso Tano F/C at Sunyani.

Sunyani Bectero managed a 1-0 away victory over local rivals, Hamburg, and D.C. United scored a lone goal victory over Nom F/C., also based in Sunyani.

In “Zone 2A”, Seikwa Soccer Professionals played a goalless drawn match with Berekum Buffalo, with Biadan Barcelona losing 0-1 to Senase Adwinpa.

Jinijini Jaffa United, playing at home won 3-1 over visiting Berekum Raja F/C and Fetentaa All Stars won 1-0 against Biadan Great Heroes at Fetentaa, with both matches forming part of the “Zone 2B” fixtures, while in “Zone 3” Drobo Barcelona defeated Sampa United 2-0 at Drobo, Konsia Aston Villa split the points with Nyamman F/C of Nyam in their match played at Konsia, and Adamsu Manchester bowing 0-3 to Drobo Warriors at home.

In the 'Zone 4” matches, Ntotrosoman F/C backed by massive home support managed a narrow 2-1 win over visiting Akrodie Nokia Boys at Ntotroso and Angel F/C of Kenyase beat Hwidiem Ahafoman 2-0 at Kenyase, with Kintampo Zamalek whacking visiting Busuama Dega All Stars 4-1 while Kintampo Destroyers also licked Buipe River Pool 1-0 in their “Zone 5A” exchanges of the week.

In “Zone 5B” encounters, Jema Kyidom Stars won 2-0 over Bonte Power F/C at Jema, while Krotakyi Obourba defeat Ntrankro Millennium Stars 2-0 at Krotakyi, and in “Zone 6A”, Dormaa Tottenham suffered a humiliating 0-3 defeat at the hands of visiting Debiso Royals, Nkrankwanta Arhman, playing away held Dormaa Golden Academicals to a pulsating 0-0 drawn game, while Bia Stars of Debiso-Bia defeated Dormaa Future Stars 2-1 at Debiso-Bia.

Wamanafo Mighty Royals won 1-0 over Wamfie Asuowam at Wamanafo, Kyeremasu Saviour Stars Unity Sporting Club of Dormaa-Ahenkro 1-1 while Asuotiano F/C defeated Wamfie Super Lions 2-1 at Asuotiano in the “Zone 6B” derby.

In the “Zone 7” matches, Tepa Evergreen and visiting Bomaa Tigers played 0-0 while Duayaw-Nkwanta Tano Ajax defeated Bechem Youngsters 2-1 at Duayaw-Nkwanta, while Wenchi Heroes traveled to Nwoase to beat Unity Sporting Club 1-0 in the “Zone 8” matches.

Also in “Zone 8” pairings, Debibi Aku Stars won 2-1 over Banda Mountains of Banda in their encounter at Debibi, Black Stones of Amponsakrom bowed 0-1 to Banda Youngsters, while Wenchi United walloped Nchiraa Rangers 6-1 at Wenchi.

In the “Zone 9” fixtures, Techiman Olympics defeated Tuobodom Santos 1-0, Kuntunso Zimbo Stars narrowly defeated Asuokiridi from Offuman 4-3, Twimeso Celtic won 1-0 over Abofour Unique, while Tuobodom Sandy scored a whooping 4-0 win over Tromeso Young Sparrows.

In “Zone 10”, Yeji Lazio F/C beat Nkoranza Argentailar 2-1 and Nkoranza Everton easily won 3-0 over Nyafumaman at Nkoranza.
