Assistant captain of Hearts of Oak Esme Mends says the Phobians will take advantage of a 1-1 draw from the first leg in Kumasi as they host rivals and Asante Kotoko in the final leg of the Super 2 pre season engagement on Saturday at the Accra Sports stadium.
The Phobians go into the game with injury concerns as midfielder Esme Mends, defender Godwin Osei Bonsu, goalkeeper Sammy Adjei continue to stay out due to various degrees of injuries. But the injured assistant captain Esme Mends says " despite my absence my colleagues will play desperately to win the maiden edition of the tournament" he told JOY Sports
Hearts have been preparing for the game without these players and got a moral boosting 1-0 win over the impressive academy side, Sogakofe Red Bull in a warm up match. Esme Mends believes his team mates will win the game.
