100 register for Achimota April Medal

More than 100 golfers have so far registered for the Achimota Golf Club April Monthly Medal competition scheduled for Saturday, April 5.

Mr Sammy Adetola, Captain of the club, who announced this in Accra on Monday, said Tema, Celebrity and Bok Nam Kim golf clubs have been invited to participate in the event which is being sponsored by the Achimota Golf Club.

Among the players registered from the Achimota Golf Club include John Frank Sam, Nick Smallman, Mawule Ababio, Wisdom Asempa, Kofi Acquaah-Harrison, Dan Dennis and Kwame Pumpuni.

He appealed to members to be punctual for the event which starts at 0600 hours.

The President of the Achimota Golf Club, Dr Sydney Quartey and the President of the Ghana Golf Association, Professor Michael Ben-George will present prizes to the winners
