Accra, June 1, GNA - The bi-annual Basketball competition for members of Ghana Universities Sports Association (GUSA) has been fixed for Saturday, June 5th to Thursday June 10th 2010, at the main Basketball Court of the University of Ghana, Legon.
The event, which is under the organization of Rite Multimedia will be sponsored by Nestle Ghana Limited, producers of Milo Food Drinks and forms part of the 2010 GUSA Games.
Each of the public universities competing in the Games will present a team in both the male and female categories as they compete for the trophies and other attractive prizes at stake.
Competing are the defending champions, University of Education, Winneba, University of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST) Kumasi, the University for Development Studies (UDS), University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa, University of Cape Coast.

Is good to hear that there is a basketball event coming up. The game is growing fast in Ghana and i cant miss but to be present at the University of Ghana to witness great basketball skill.
