Blue Skies Ghana Limited and Voltic Ghana Limited, producers of natural fruit drinks and purified water respectively have supported this year's National Cross Country championship with their products a statement signed by the Ghana Athletics Association Secretary General, George Osafo, has said.
The championships, organized by the Ghana Athletics (GAA) are scheduled to take place in Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region, from February 25 to 28. Participants include athletes from all regions, six security services, Ghana Universities Sports Association9GUSA) and Ghana Polytechnics Sports Association (GHAPSA).
The association further appeals to all corporate bodies to come to their aid in cash or in kind.
In another development, Ignatius Gaisah of Ghana will be staging come- back in the 13th International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Indoor Championship slated for Doha, Qatar.
