Striker Florence Dadson struck first for the Black Princesses in the first half before Faiza Mohammed doubled the lead after the interval.
The Black Princesses need a draw in the return leg in a fortnight to pick one of the two qualification tickets for Africa.
The 2010 Fifa Under-20 Women's World Cup will be held in Germany from 13 July-01 August.
