Football loving fans who monitored the draw live on giant screens at pubs and on television have been to predict a quarter final berth for the West African country.

"We think this Group is cool and we can do better than what we did in Germany and make the country happy," Geraldine Duodu told Ghanasoccernet.com

"Coach Milo said he didn't like meeting but see what fate has brough to him and he must now show us that he's capable beating his natives. This is our time and I hope the players do not disappointment," Kwame Sarpong, an ardent fan in New Town added.

A lot of fans who phoned-in to radio programmes expressed optimisism that the Black Stars can navigate their path from the Group.
