Black Stars skipper extra “O” Stephen Appiah has arrived home from abroad, ahead of Sunday's joint Africa World Cup qualifier at the Ohene Djan Stadium. Kick off is 5pm.

The Ghana national team, having achieved a hundred percent feat, amassing nine points from three games, appear favourites in Sunday's tie. But Malian coach - Stephen Keshie's threat to foil the Black Stars' dream of making another World Cup appearance has prompted Ghana's Serbian manager to approach the game with all seriousness that it deserves, despite beating the visitors on home soil.

A win in Sunday's game will certainly consolidate their lead as group leaders and enhance their chances of a second straight Mundial appearance.

The men to do the job invited by coach Milo include John Paintsil, Samuel Inkoom, Harrison Afful, John Mensah, Eric Addo and Isaac Vorsah, to provide cover for goalkeepers Richard Kingson, George Owu, William Amamoo.

Others include Stephen Appiah, Michael Essien, Anthony Annan, Sulley Muntari, Laryea Kingston, Opoku Agyemang and Haminu Draman, who will be in charge of the midfield, while Gyan Matthew Amoah Prince Tagoe and Junior Agogo will function as the attackers.
