Ghana youth international Ransford Osei was handed a work permit on Monday that will complete his move to Dutch side FC Twente Enschede.

Osei moved from Israeli side Maccabi Haifa on a season's long loan in July but had to come back home to sort out his resident and work permit with the Dutch Embassy in Accra.

But the 19-year-old's debut is likely to come after the Fifa World Youth Championship in Egypt due to this weekend's international friendly.

He is also expected in Qatar to join his Black Satellites preparations for the Under-20 World Cup.

"FC Twente is in Europe. This year they played in the Champions League but they couldn't qualify. So I think I have very big task ahead to improve what I did in Israel to able to move from FC Twente to another bigger club," Osei said.

Osei goal scoring prowess is not in doubt but he is yet to play competitive football this season due to the delays in his paper works.

He added:" I am still sharp because football everything you do actually take it very seriously and the most important thing is look after yourself. I have not been competitive now but I can assure you that I am physically fit and mentally strong."
