Chelsea `applaud` Sir Bobby
Chelsea Football Club joined more than 15,000 soccer fans to pay their last respect to former England manager Sir Bobby Robson. Sir Bobby, the County Durham-born football legend died on Friday at the age of 76, following a long battle against cancer.
Newcastle's St James' Park has been open to well-wishers who laid flags, flowers, banners and shirts, turning one of the stands into a sea of colour.
A spokeswoman for Sir Bobby's family said: "The family is humbled and overwhelmed by the public response to his passing."
