Super agent promises deals for Ghanaian quartet
Goran has made 10 tranfers this month At least four Ghanaian home-based players will join European clubs before the transfer window shuts in August, a super agent has hinted.
Goran Milovanovic, one of the biggest shakers in world football, made the revelation after completing his tenth transfer in just two weeks!
The Serbian, who made the moves of Prince Tagoe and Samuel Inkoom to Europe possible, made the revelation on Tuesday after transferring Alex Ignjatovic to Dutch giants Feyenoord.
Apart from the Ghanaian players, Milovanic has transferred two players to the Russian top-flight, two to Italian Serie A clubs, two to Greece and another to
Borussia Dortmund in Germany just this month.
Milovanovic brokered Tagoe's deal The super agent says Ghanaian players who were not properly managed and marketed in Europe will now be given the opportunity with top clubs in Europe.
“Ghana has always been blessed with talented players but the problem has been that they did not get the right agents,” Milovanovic, the CEO of Virtus International toldGhanasoccernet exclusively.
“Even as we speak some young Ghanaian players are making moves to leagues that would not serve their futures well.
“With the right contacts, the right links and proper management, some of these players will go to the best clubs because they are qualified.
“But as you know in this industry there are those who exploit players for their immediate financial gains which might not be in the long-tern interest of the players.
Goran also clinched Inkoom deal “We are in the position to change that for Ghanaian players by giving them deals that will serve their club careers and strengthened them for their countries.
“I can say at least four relatively unknown Ghanaian players who are signed with us will get the opportunity and within the next three weeks we should see some movement.”
Milovanovic engineered Tagoe's move from Saudi Arabia to the German side Hoffenheim on a four-year contract.
Inkoom also signed for Swiss side FC Basel under the tutelage of the super agent from Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
