Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd. yesterday presented two FIFA Confederation Cup Tickets to winners of the Stanbic Visa Promotion draw -Madam Otiwaa Oduro-Kwarten of Nestle Ghana Ltd. and Mr. Ellis Attikpe, Ghana Home Company at its Head Office, Ridge in Accra.
The winners have thus qualified for the Confederation Cup currently underway in South Africa, and they will be away for two days in a paid-for five-Star hotel.
The Managing Director of Stanbic Ghana, Mr. Alhassan Andani revealed that the promotion forms part of his outfit's quest to promote and develop sports, saying “We have realized the role of sports in the development of the country, which we witnessed during the CAN 2008 tournament.”
He gave assurance of his outfit's continued support to the development of sports in the country.
It was Mr. Kofi Amaning Oduro Kwarteng who received the cheque and ticket on behalf of Madam Otiwaa.
The other winner was on her way to South Africa at the time of the presentation.
