10.04.2009 LISTEN

The Ghana Football Association spikes media reports purported to originate from the Ministry of Youth and Sports claiming that the National Teams Management Committee have been reconstituted in a bid to inject financial discipline.

Recent reports in the local media have alluded that certain persons have been named onto the various national team management boards.

But the FA today has denied reports about the reconstitution of some committees, saying "the authority to appoint, review and dissolve its committees rests exclusively" with the sport body.
