Opeele picks Khemisset squad

Asante Kotoko head coach Isaac Opeele Boateng has named his squad for their second leg Caf Champions League second round qualifier against Ittihad Khemisset on 05 April in Morocco.

 
Opeele named a familiar squad that earned a surprise win over Kpando Heart of Lions in an outstanding League match in midweek.

Midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman-Badu and striker Stephan Manu to replace Francis Akwaffo and Francis Coffie if they recover in time.

The two-time African champions will leave Accra for Morocco on  Wednesday 01 April for the return fixture.

 
Kotoko have a two-goal cushion after a 3-1 win over the North Africans in the first leg a fortnight ago at the Essipong Stadium.

The Porucpine Warriors last played in Group stage of the money zone six years ago and want to resurface among the continent's stellar clubs.

Goalkeepers : Soulama Abdoulaye, Eric Nii Baah.
Defenders: Samuel Inkoom, Osei Kwame Jnr, Samuel Enzemaba, Prince Anokye, Ofosu Appiah, Godfried Yeboah, Louis Quainoo.

Midfielders: Daniel Nii Adjei,Jordan Opoku, Stephen Oduro, Ofosu Amoah, Francis Akwaffo, Francis Coffie

Strikers: Louis Agyeman, Kwabena Yaro and Alex Asamoah.
