HEARTS ARE STILL IN CONTROL Hearts of Oak stayed at the summit of league table and established a seven point lead after a 1-0 win over Sekondi Hasaacas in the Glo Premier League on Sunday.

Obed Ansah converted a spot-kick in the second half to derail the efforts of a plucky Hasmal side at the Ohene Djan Stadium.

AshantiGold stayed at the foot of the table after suffering their 9th defeat of the season in a 1-2 loss to Liberty Professionals at home. 

Youngster Latif Salifu put the visitors ahead after 10 minutes but Emmanuel Adjetey equalized for AshGold on the 25th minute. 

Khalid Alhassan restored Liberty's lead with a strike before the break. 

All Blacks remained in the drop zone after losing 0-1 against Chelsea of Bechem. Lee Addy scored after 51 minutes for Chelsea. 

Stephen Amankwaah's 57th minute goal gave Berekum Arsenals a 1-0 win over Real Tamale United who were without head coach Abdul Razak. 

Kessben FC drew one-all with Wa All Stars at the Anane Boateng Stadium in Abrankese.

At the Baba Yara Stadium, Micky Ofosu grabbed a brace to secured a 2-1 win for King Faisal over Sporting Mirren.

Ofosu gave Faisal the lead in the 47th minute but Mirren levelled through skipper Frank Boating in the 59th minute. 

In the 67th minute, a Mirren defender handled the ball in the box and Ofosu was at hand to score from the spot.
