Visiting Wa All Stars on Sunday forced Kessben F/C to a 1-1 drawn game in their GLO Premier League Week 12 encounter at the Anane Boateng Stadium at Abrankese near Kumasi.

Kessben registered their goal in the 17th minute courtesy Richard Mpong who connected home an Edmund Peprah cross in a counter attack.

Motivated by the early goal, the home side piled up pressure on the visitors in search of recording a cricket score but the defence of All Stars centred around Bright Addai, Ishmael Amin and Isaac Owusu defended gallantly to thwart most of the dangerous incursions made by the Kessben attackers.

All Stars brought on Emmanuel Osei for injured Issah Salifu in the 60th minute and 10 minutes later, substitute Osei gave hope to his side when he capitalized on a defensive blunder to slot home the equalizer.

After the equalizer the game from then became very physical resulting in the exit of Gafaru Nasaru of All Stars who was shown the red card for rough play on the stroke of time.
