AshantiGold Football have re-appointed Kudjoe Fianoo and David Duncan as Chief Executive and head coach of the mining club discontinuing talks with Fortia.
The appointments were anticipated after the club officially announced on Friday it has pulled out of talks with British Virgin Islands-based consortium Fortia led by former Asante Kotoko chairman Herbert Mensah.
Fianoo parted ways with club after disagreeing with the club's board of director over the lack of financial support.
The former GHALCA administrative manager administered their campaign in the Caf Champions League two seasons ago.
Duncan who failed to renew his contract with the club under Fianoo's tenure in May last year and joined South African Premier Soccer League side Free State Stars.
