Togo adopt Ghana for qualifiers

The Togo Football Federation has confirmed that the Hawks will open their 2010 joint Nations Cup/World Cup qualifier in Accra next month due to an existing Caf ban.

Togo are still serving a Caf ban after voilence hit their last qualifier against Mali for the 2008 African Cup of Nations.

During the prevoius qualifying round, Togo played two matches at the Ohene Djan Stadium and will play Cameroon on March 29 at the same venue.

Togo are paired with Morroco and Gabon in Group A.
