Gamba All Blacks has reverted to the use of the Swedru Sports Stadium with effect from Sunday, January 4 next year.
The change of venue follows the successful completion of the rehabilitation of the playing field to the required standard.
A statement signed by Kwaku Ampim-Darko, Deputy General Secretary in charge of Technical Affairs of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) copied to GNA Sports said the Premier League Board (PLB) therefore wishes to inform all Premier League Clubs and the general public of the change of venue which begins on Sunday, January 4, 2009.
The change of venue therefore means that Gamba All Blacks will play their first match at their traditional home grounds this season during their Week 6 tie against Obausi Ashantigold on Sunday, January 18, 2009.
The 'Ozi Ozaa' boys as they are nicknamed pitched their camp at the Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast for some time following the closure of their home grounds by the Premier League Board prior to the commencement of the season.
