Pure Joy gives to Black Stars

Division One campaigners, Pure Joy FC has presented fruit drinks worth thousands of Cedis to the local Black Stars at the Novotel Hotel, in Accra.

The Public Relations Officer of Pure FC, Mohammed Alhassan of Radio Gold fame, making the presentation last Friday noted that the gesture was to urge the team on ahead of their last qualifier against Nigeria for the CHAN tourney.

Black Stars' Serbian trainer, Milovan Rajevac, receiving the items with the team thanked the donors for the gesture and promised to return home with the qualification slot for the CHAN championship slated for Cote d'Ivoire next year. The team returned home from Calabar, Nigeria yesterday after holding their Nigerian counterparts to a 0-0 score line to qualify for the Cote d'Ivoire tourney.
