KOTOKO CLEAR OUT FOR LEAGUE START Asante Kotoko have told ten players they are surplus to requirements at the club before the the new Premier League season begins on 23 November.
The list comprises fringe players who failed to make an impact in the squad that won the league and played in the Confederation Cup.
Notably is midfielder Kobina Dodzie who rejoined the team after a season's loan spell with Wa All Stars.
The rest are Siedu Dagano, Mohammed Abdulai, David Sarkodie, Isaac Anderson, Adusei Poku and Nigerian Obissesah Abiodum.
Others are Phillip Owusu, Charles Oppong and Goalkeeper George Cudjoe
The players must chase time to find new clubs with the transfer window set to be closed on Friday at 17:00 GMT.
