Hart shaking Jebrin after signing English side Portsmouth have expressed their delight in beating off tough competition from top European sides to sign Ghanaian youngster Torric Jebrin.
The 17-year-old signed a three-year contract with the club on Monday to complete the move from local side Hearts of Oak.
Pompey's Director of Youth Operations Paul Hart feels that he has pulled off a real coup in persuading Jebrin to choose Fratton Park outfit ahead of not just the glamour sides from the Capital, but also Roma, Lyon and Atletico Madrid.
"He's a great little kid with a lovely left foot. He was spotted by our scout in France," said Hart.
"There were a lot of clubs in Spain and elsewhere in Europe who were after him, so it's great to get him here at Pompey."
The player spent a period of time on trial with Portsmouth and impressed enough to be offered a permanent deal.
He will be immediately loaned out to Belgian feeder club Zulte Waregem to gain experience and make him eligible for a work permit.
