Public asked to undertake regular exercises


More than 300 people have participated in a health walk organized by the Central Regional Health Management to mark activities of the World Heart Day in the Municipality.

The participants made up of health personnel as well as members of local Keep Fit Clubs undertook the over three walk through the principal streets of the Cape Coast Municipality amid singing and dancing.

The walk which started at the Robert Mensah sports stadium went through the principal streets and ended at the forecourt of the Stadium where Dr Baba Tunde Jimah, member of the Hospital Administration addressed the participants.

Dr Jimah advised the public to undertake regular exercises and ensure that they eat more fruits to sustain their life span.
