The Professional League Board,organizers of the Ghanaian Premier League, has targeted to begin the new season on 23 November.
The 2008/2009 season has been delayed due to the late completion of the three promoted clubs to the elite and a premier league club battling their demotion.
The League was scheduled to start in August this year but the above-mentioned problems have halted the plan.
With the second-tier play-off completed last week and Zaytuna's appeal verdict yet to be announced by an Accra-based High Court.
Zaytuna, relegated last term, have are protesting against another League side, Real Tamale United, for fielding an unqualified player Kwami Adzagba.
They are challenging the nationality of the midfielder whom they claim is a Togolese and did not have the necessary immigration clearance to play.
Before that league starts on the scheduled date,it will be proceeded by the Football Association's Congress.
