
JORDAN HAS BEEN KEY IN KOTOKO MIDFIELD The Confederation of African Football has declared Asante Kotoko midfielder,Jordan Opoku,eligible for Saturday's Confederation Cup match at the Baba Yara Stadium.
There was confusion over Opoku's availability after some radio stations in Kumasi claimed the player will sit out due to yellow card accummulation.
A letter dated 24 September by Caf decleared striker Kwadwo Poku unfit to play after being red-carded a fortnight ago away to JS Kabylie.
Opoku received a yellow card in the match against the Algerians in Tizzi Ouzou in Kotoko's 2-0 loss.
Meanwhile,Kwadwo Poku,has been suspended for three continental matches in accordance with Article 128 of Caf's disciplinary code.
