OBODAI WILL BE SORELY MISSED Ghana international,Anthony Obodai,will be absent for at least four weeks after undergoing a successful groin surgery on Thursday.
The RKC Waalwijk captain picked the injury when during his side's Dutch Eerste Division League tie 1-1 away to FC Omniworld.
Obodai was stretchered off in the 33rd minute after Waalwijk had gone ahead with a 29th minute goal.
He has been ruled out this weekend's home game to AGOVV Apeldoorn.
The 26-year-old has been one of the key performers for Waalwijk that are currently placed fifth on the league table after nine rounds of matches.
