Coach Francis Oti Akenteng, CAF instructor and team director of uncompromising Kpando Heart of Lions, has assured supporters of participating in the continent's most prestigious CAF Champions' League, if his lads maintain their current performance and focus in the One- touch Premier League.

Speaking to Times Sports after last Sunday's encounter in their 28th Onetouch league which ended 1-1 with Liberty Professionals, he praised the current performance of his side, believing that this season has been the best and the most competitive.

Oti Akenteng, one of the country's most experienced tacticians who has handled clubs like Kumasi Asante Kotoko, the league leaders and Accra Hearts of Oak, believes that despite the galaxy of stars in the aforementioned clubs, his charges such as John Boye, Em-manuel Osei Banahene, Dominic Adiyah and Emmanuel Owusu Ansah, who are core members of the Local Black Stars, have what it takes to make the waves.

Coach Oti-Akenteng was full of praise for the current management of the club which he says, have been supportive in all their endeavours, hoping 'if things should continue this way, Lions will be the most lucrative club any footballer will like to join.'
