Accra Great Olympics have appointed Abraham Adotey as their new coach, less than 24 hours after firing their technical team.

Adotey, who was in charge of the wonder club during the 2001 and 2001 season under the Ade Coker regime, joins them from division one side Great Mariners.

He takes over from Nii Adu sacked who jumped last Monday before his teachnical team was pushed.

"I am meeting with the management and I have to see the situation on the ground before I can appoint my technical team. I am yet to sign a contract so wait," Adotey told Ghanasoccernet.com

He is expected to name his backroom staff by the close of the week.

Adotey is likely to be in charge when the Dade Boys host promoted Zaytuna at the El-Wak Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Olympics are at the foot of the league table with a point from five games.
