The 2007 edition of the Cowbell University of Ghana (UG) Inter-Halls athletics competition is scheduled to come of on Friday and Saturday November 15 and 16.
The event, sponsored by Promasidor Ghana Ltd through its Cowbell brand will see the four male and four female halls of the university in stiff competition for the honours at stake.
The male division will see athletes competing in a total of 15 track and field events with the females competing in 14 track and field events.
There will be awards for the winners of each event as well as the overall best performing male and female halls.
Cowbell will be supporting the event fully with a wide range of logistics in addition to Cowbell products for competing and winning athletes, as well as apparel for the athletes.
As 2008 is marked as a very busy athletic year for the University of Ghana with a number of national and international meets being hosted by the university, it is expected that the competition at this year's Inter-Halls athletics competition will be even keener than usual.
