Ghana international Stella Nyamekye has sealed a permanent move to Norwegian top-tier side SK Brann Kvinner, signing a two-year contract that will keep her at the club until 2028.
The midfielder arrives from National Women’s Soccer League outfit Gotham Football Club, after a brief loan spell at Fort Lauderdale United where her playing time was limited.
"I chose Brann because I believe in the project, and it will give me the best opportunity for my development and playing experience," Nyamekye said.
"Brann is a great team that is fighting for several titles.
"I am a player with good overview, good ball control, and I am creative in the final third. I can also contribute by both scoring goals myself and setting up chances for my teammates," she added.
The 20-year-old, a former captain of Dreamz Ladies, is currently with the Ghana national team, the Black Queens, and was on target during their 4-0 victory over Russia in the 2026 Pink Ladies Cup.
Since making her debut, Nyamekye has scored twice for the Black Queens.
