Dutch club PSV Eindhoven will not contest a four-match ban from UEFA for Ghana defender Eric Addo for spitting at an opponent.
Addo spat at Fenerbahce player Semih Senturk during Tuesday's 0-0 UEFA Champions League Group G match in Eindhoven.
Referee Howard Webb did not notice the incident but European football's governing body started an investigation based on television pictures.
Addo was charged with committing an act of gross and unsporting conduct by UEFA.
He misses the rest of the group phase and if PSV qualify, the first of their knockout round matches. If they do not qualify, then Addo's participation in this edition of the UEFA Champions League is effectively over.
