The owner of Ghanaian Division One League side PAC Academy, Inusah Ahmed, has been arrested by the FBI for his alleged involvement in a massive internet fraud operation.

Ahmed, also known locally as "Pascal" or "Agony," was among a group of Ghanaian businessmen apprehended earlier this week during a joint operation conducted by INTERPOL and the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

The suspects are accused of playing key roles in a $100 million online fraud scheme.

The operation, carried out on June 13, 2025, also led to the arrest of three other individuals: Isaac Kofi Oduro Boateng, popularly known as "Kofi Boat," Derrick Van Yeboah, and Patrick Kwame Asare.

The four suspects are currently in custody, as authorities begin the process of extraditing them to the United States to face trial. They are believed to have been involved in cybercriminal activities dating back to 2013.

Sources familiar with the investigation say the arrests followed months of intelligence gathering and collaboration between Ghanaian law enforcement agencies and their international counterparts.

The suspects are believed to be part of a larger cybercrime syndicate that has operated across multiple countries using elaborate online scams.

While the specific charges have not yet been disclosed, authorities expect the case to involve serious offenses including wire fraud, identity theft, and money laundering — all federal crimes under U.S. law.
