Ghana Premier League heavyweights, Hearts of Oak, have announced the appointment of Mas-Ud Didi Dramani as head coach of the club.
The former Right to Dream Academy coach, who won the Premier League twice with Asante Kotoko, has signed a two-year deal with the Phobian Club.
Didi Dramani has replaced Aboubakar Ouattara. His immediate task will be to prepare the Phobians for the 2025 President's Cup against Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium next month.
The experienced Ghanaian gaffer who worked as Black Queens and Black Maidens head coach and has also served as the assistant coach of the Black Stars during the 2022 World Cup and the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Didi Dramani has not coached in the Ghana Premier since leaving Asante Kotoko in 2013 after winning consecutive league titles with the Porcupine Warriors.
He is expected to turn the fortunes of Hearts of Oak around ahead of the 2025/26 football season after finishing fourth in the Premier League and also exiting at the Round of 16 of the FA Cup.
