Thomas Partey's chances of staying at Arsenal are in doubt as contract negotiations with the club stall.
The Ghana international's contract at the club runs out at the end of this month.
Partey joined the Premier League side on a five-year deal from Atletico Madrid in 2020.
Following the conclusion of the 2024/25 Premier League season, the club confirmed that they are in talks with the representatives of the 31-year-old midfielder over a possible contract extension.
However, transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has revealed that there is no agreement between the camps.
He added that Partey could leave the London club prior to the start of the 2025-2026 season.
Meanwhile, European clubs and Saudi clubs have expressed interest in Partey.
However, Gabby Otchere-Darko, a renowned Ghanaian lawyer and a staunch Arsenal has advised Partey to consider his options and leave the club.
“I’m an Arsenal fan, but I advise Thomas Partey to move elsewhere and make some good money for his pension years,” he said on Asaase Radio.
Thomas Partey recently won the Footballer of the Year Award at the 2025 Ghana Football Awards; his recent win marks the third time he has won this award.
