Black Stars head coach, Otto Addo, says he is confident his side will deliver positive results against Chad.
The four-time African champions will host the Chadians tonight in the Matchday five games of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers at the Accra Sports Stadium with kick-off scheduled at 19:00 GMT.
Addo and his men came under massive pressure and criticism after failing to book a place in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
However, addressing the press ahead of the game, the 49-year-old said they have their destiny in their hands, adding that they will deliver a positive result.
“Now we have everything in our own hands which is very important, very good for us and this is really positive," he said.
"I am very sure we will deliver [against Chad]. I’m not, I can’t call myself [an] expert…I always want to win," he added.
The Black Stars will fly to Morocco on Monday to play against Madagascar in the Matchday six games of the qualifiers.
