Nsoatreman FC head coach, Yaw Preko, has vowed that his team will put up a strong fight against CS Constantine in their upcoming second-leg match.
The Ghana FA Cup champions faced a 2-0 defeat in the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup's second-round preliminary games, held on Friday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Algerian side CS Constantine secured their victory with goals from Zakaria Benchaa in the 11th and 27th minutes.
In his post-match comments, Yaw Preko expressed confidence in his team's ability to compete fiercely in the return leg in Algeria on September 21.
“We are two nil down, so we are not going there to defend, we are going to play them, we are going to give it a go," he said.
"Especially in the second half what I saw from my boys if we play the way we played in the second half…all we need to do is if by chance we get chances, we have to do what; bury them," he added.
The second leg will take place at Stade Mohamed-Hamlaoui on Saturday, September 21, with kick-off at 17:00 GMT.
