Ghanaian youngster, David Oduro is determined to seize his opportunity to play in the Champions League with FC Barcelona.
The promising left-back joined the Spanish side on a three-year deal from Ghana Premier League side, Accra Lions.
In an interview with Sporty TV, Oduro shared his ambitions and the hard work ahead: "This is the time for me to work hard, not to relax. I have to push extra hard to earn a place in the first team."
He continued, "The goal is to break into the first team, play in the Champions League, and represent the Ghana national team."
The 18-year-old who will begin his journey with Barcelona B, expressed his admiration for the club's playing style, which played a major role in his decision to join.
"I love their style of play. I visited, saw the project, and I can’t wait to get started."
Oduro, before his move to Barcelona, had trials with Chelsea and Bayer Leverkusen.
