Ghana defender, Baba Abdul Rahman scored in PAOK's dominant 4-0 victory over Shamrock Rovers in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League playoff round on Thursday.
PAOK, having previously fallen short in the UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds against Malmö FF, is determined to secure a spot in European competition.
The match saw PAOK take the lead just before halftime with an own goal from Shamrock Rovers' Daniel Cleary in the 45+5 minute.
In the second half, PAOK extended their advantage with a goal from Taison in the 48th minute. Shamrock Rovers' Joshua Honohan received a red card shortly after, in the 53rd minute.
Giannis Konstantelias added a third goal for PAOK in the 68th minute, with an assist from Taison.
Baba Rahman, who played the entire match, completed the scoring in the 90+4 minute with a stunning left-footed shot into the top corner.
The second leg is scheduled for Thursday, August 29, at Tallaght Stadium.
