Asante Kotoko's assistant coach, David Ocloo, is optimistic that the recent victory over Hearts of Oak in the Super Clash will serve as a catalyst for the team's success this season.

The Porcupine Warriors secured a crucial 3-2 win over their arch-rivals, extending their winning streak to four games and climbing to seventh place on the table.

Speaking after the intense encounter, Ocloo attributed the team's improved form to consistency and acknowledged the unwavering support of the fans.

He expressed gratitude for the fans' support and emphasized the importance of maintaining a consistent performance level.

"We've been performing, and we are keeping the consistency, and I would like to thank the fans for their support of us; we are grateful," Ocloo stated.

The assistant coach highlighted the dynamic nature of football and stressed the importance of consistency in achieving positive results.

He pointed out that Asante Kotoko has been playing consistently well over the past few games, leading to their recent success.

"It's all about consistency. You can see we have been playing the same thing for some time now, and we are getting the results. I think this will lift us up for the title," Ocloo remarked.

In the Super Clash against Hearts of Oak, Ugandan forward Steven Mukwala played a pivotal role, scoring a second-half brace to complement Isaac Opong's first-half strike.

The Porcupine Warriors are now positioned in seventh place, and with their current winning momentum, they aim to climb further up the table as they continue to pursue their title ambitions.
