Ghanaian boxer and member of the national boxing team Black Bombers, Seth Gyimah, known widely as Freaky Macbones has celebrated his mother.
The UK-based boxer recently visited his mother in his hometown Bimma in the Ashanti region after leaving the country for the past 13 years.
In a social media post, Freaky Macbones revealed that he couldn’t have reached his current stage in life if not for his mother’s love and support.
“My sweet mom. Without this beautiful Soul right here. I am not the person I am right now, without I wouldn’t even be the man I am today, it is her prayers, effort, energy and love that have gotten me where I am right today.
“My mum is most the strongest woman I know,” his tweet on Tuesday, September 5, with pictures of himself and his mother read.
The boxer who currently became a social media sensation following his triumphs in a bout some months ago, is currently in the camp of the Black Bombers.
The 34-year-old fighter is training ahead of the Paris Olympic Games 2024 qualifiers after receiving a call-up from the Ghana Boxing Federation last month.
