Asante Kotoko could only pick a point as they draw goalless with Real Sportive in an outstanding game on Wednesday.

The Porcupine Warriors now trail archrivals and league leaders, Accra Hearts of Oak by four points.

Kotoko who ended the game with 10 men following a second half red card shown defender, Ahmed Nyame still hold onto the second position.

Nyame, a January signing by Kotoko hit an opponent which saw referee John Listowell sending him off.

And afterwards, the homeside, Sportive held the Porcupine Warriors equally for a greater part of the half.

After a goalless first half session, Kotoko could have shot into the lead in the second half but had a spot kick saved.

Real Sportive goalkeeper, James Nanor pushed Michael Ofosu Appiah's kick to corner.
