Sportive to battle Kotoko

Asante Kotoko would attempt to cut the lead at the top of the league to two points when they clear their away outstanding game on Wednesday.

The Porcupine Warriors play Real Sportive at the Robert Mensah stadium and a win could see them close in archrivals Accra Hearts of Oak who are five points clear at the top.

However, the match-day-21 fixture is expected to be a tough task for Kotoko though both sides have recorded two successive wins in the league.

Though Real Sportive would be playing at home, Kotoko would have the crowd behind them and are tipped to carry the day even though a draw is not ruled out.

A setback for the Porcupine Warriors could see them slip in their title defence ambitions.
