Ghana goalkeeper, Richard Ofori, is on the verge of signing a new deal with Orlando Pirates.
Despite the lack of games due to injuries, the 29-year-old has now agreed to a new deal.
Ofori will sign a fresh three-year contract, ensuring his future with the club. The new deal also includes an improved salary package for the talented goalkeeper.
Since joining Orlando Pirates from Maritzburg in 2020, Ofori has become their first-choice goalkeeper.
However, he has faced setbacks this season due to injuries, resulting in only 10 appearances for the club. Nonetheless, he has made a significant impact by keeping five clean sheets and conceding just six goals.
Ofori has been out of the Black Stars in recent times due to lack of games at Orlando Pirates.
